Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–12 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, destination, and other circumstances outside our control.
ROOMGOOD currently ships within the United States. Available shipping methods and any applicable charges are shown at checkout. Some multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages or with more than one tracking number.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must generally be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging when applicable. Contact us before sending anything back so we can review the request and provide return instructions.
